1967 VW Beetle - The Ultimate BUG?

This 1967 VW Beetle had a full rebuild at the hands of the previous owner and he tells us it has covered less than 100 miles since then. Here is how he described the car:

Lowered 3 inches – 1760cc engine with twin 40 Webers all brand new - detailed engine and engine bay. All new tin ware, stainless steel screws everywhere, this is an  immaculate vehicle, absolutely the best of everything. Cost over £ 30,000 to build and have all bills to prove it. Fully resprayed, stainless bumpers, brand new full leather Porsche interior, leather trimmed carpets and alcantra headlining.  Aluminium trim to  interior including dash with digital instruments,  amazing Kenwood / Alpine sound system with I-Pod dock, Playstation, 2 Alpine monitors in headrests. Narrowed axles, 4 wheel disc conversion with cross drilled discs. 17 inch American import wheels, 3 inch wider arches, cal look front end. Amazing  car built for Daughter – who now does not want it and Dad too old.

That’s how it was described to us and we can’t disagree. If a custom Beetle is what you want it’s certainly worth a look.
